Melbury is set in a quiet rural location within close access of village amenities.
The apartment has its own entrance and garage parking and is set separate from the main property.
It has been newly converted with a brand new fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.
Melbury is located right on the Surrey- West Sussex border, overlooking landscaped gardens with an interesting array of plants. The property fronts and backs onto woodland on a rural lane. Full use of the garden and seating area behind the property is available.
My name is Marion and I have spent the last 27 years travelling the world as an air hostess.
In my spare time I love gardening as well as walking in the beautiful surrounding countryside.
My husband Justin, children Lucy and Fergus, plus Suki the cat look forward to welcoming you to our home.

The popular Down's Link cycle route is 1km away offering 40 miles of pathway linking Guildford to the seaside.

Further afield The Surrey Hills are approx. 10 mins drive offering excellent mountain biking.
Goodwood racecourse, Arundel Castle and Brighton are approx. 45 mins drive, with the nearest beach being Climping.
