The room & private bathroom, are located on the middle floor, of the 3 storey house. My room and student Sons room & bathroom are on the top floor. So your area is private. With just my private office next door to the room. We also share the house with, a medium sized, friendly dog & 2 cats, who do not frequent the guest areas. The clean, modern, double room, is fully equipped with, dulce gusto coffee machine, for your morning coffee (a selection of Dulce Gusto, coffee’s & Pukka teas, are provided) & kettle should you prefer tea. In the mini fridge, in your room, there will be some water, milk & yoghurt.There is also a lock on the inside of the room door.here is a comfy bijou sofa, in your room, to relax on & watch the 55 inch, flat screen, Sony smart TV, with Sky, Netflix etc Coupled with a a vintage coffee table, super comfy double bed (new mattress), double wardrobe & super fast, BT infinity WiFi. If you have chosen to stay in Hackney, you are probably aware, it is a cool, multicultural, green, vibrant area, with many hidden gems. We are enviably located between London Fields & Victoria Park. Super close, to the green spaces of Well Street Common, Victoria Park & London Fields. On the cusp of Victoria Park Village (4 mins walk) with its chic cafes/ restaurants/boutique shops & great pubs, as well as the beautiful Sunday foody market in Victoria Park itself. There is also, Well Street Market, on the doorstep and just an 8 minute walk to the popular, Broadway Market, where if you liked, you could then walk onto Columbia road flower market, a further 10 mins and then onto the glorious Spitallfields. The famous Mare street, with many more restaurants and bars, is just a 5 minute walk away from the house & yet another trendy market, within walking distance from the house is Chatsworth road & Roman road, is a very short bus ride. (5 mins) Also, a very short bus ride, to the the nightlife of Dalston or Shoreditch from outside the house. An added plus is the very close by, Hackney Wick, with its multiple art galleries, more bars, restaurants, clubs.
