This amazing newly reburbished 3 bedroom modern semi detached house has been finished to the highest standard. It sits on the heart of a peaceful village. Ladybank Golf Course is a 10 minute walk with St Andrews and other links course all within easy reach. The accomodation is on 2 levels with the kitchen and livingroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and showeroom on the top level. There is a large garden and country views to the rear of the house. Train Station:- 5 min walk
Set in the heart of a quiet village. All amenities are within a 5 minute walk. Ladybank 18 hole golf course 2 convenience stores Butchers Cafe Tavern which offers great meals and entertainment 2 Parks (one includes an outside gym) Train station (regular trains to edinburgh, dundee, perth) Bus stop is opposite the accomodation This amazing newly reburbished 3 bedroom modern semi detached house lies in the heart of a small village in north east fife. Ideal accommodation for golfers. Ladybank Golf Club is a 10 min walk. St Andrews is 15 miles. and has a well serviced train station which is a 5 minute walk from this accomodation with regular trains to Edinburgh/Perth/Leuchurs, Dundee. The village also has many amenities including 2 shops, pub, butchers and a cafe.
