    The view is amazing, the flat is very light, the bedrooms are nice with lots of storage and well equipped. The entrance to the flat is near the lift.

    The views were outstanding. Parking right nearby which was so helpful for us. The property itself was perfect. Beds so comfy. Loved all the details in the lounge and the balcony was the cherry on top. A great place to view the field of lights.

Flat 42 is ideally situated in The Salcombe private apartments. Its waterside location in the heart of Salcombe offers an ideal base from which to explore all that the town has to offer, with direct access to the sea. With spectacular, far reaching sea views across the Salcombe estuary, the apartment is spacious and bright with two double bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, an open plan dining and living area, and a bathroom with a bath and shower over bath. The living room features sliding doors which lead directly onto the panoramic balcony. As well as a private parking space, the apartment also benefits from exceptional communal facilities offered exclusively to residents, including a large garden and a heated swimming pool offered exclusively to residents (with seasonal opening times).
The property manager Freya lives close by and will be available to assist you with enquiries throughout your stay.
Salcombe is a charming small town on the bank of what is often described as the prettiest harbour in England. Picture perfect pastel coloured houses make up a Positino like scene overlooking water, sandy beaches and rolling green hills of the surrounding countryside. Salcombe has a uniquely wonderful array of shops ranging from an acclaimed butcher and baker to art galleries selling serious contemporary works and chic boutiques. Stepping out from N° 42 The Salcombe you are right in the heart of salcombe, only a few minutes walk from all of the lovely shops restaurants and four great pubs. The Harbour Hotel is three minutes by foot and has a gorgeous bar and restaurant as well as an award winning spa with a pool. Catch the gorgeous little Ferry to be on the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth in minutes or stroll almost an exact mile along the coastal path to North Sands and the famous Winking Prawn.
