Nine Yards Bell Tents was established in 2022 but we have been in the boutique camping industry since 2015. We pride ourselves on our reputation for providing top quality accommodation for the discerning race fan. As well as providing accommodation at the TT can also be found at the world famous Glastonbury Festival and the Golf Open Championship, plus a myriad of private events throughout the UK.

Nine Yards Bell Tents provide the best quality, fully furnished 5m canvas bell tents money can buy. Each one comes with up to 4 single beds* with steel frames and real mattresses (none of this airbed nonsense!), winter tog duvets, high quality linen and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. They also feature matting throughout, a small table, solar lighting, mirror, a living plant and wastepaper basket. We’re located in the south of the island, right on the Billown circuit, where the Pre-TT Classic races are staged on the weekend before the TT practice week gets underway. Away from the madness of Douglas and all of the circuit campsites, our site offers a good dose of peace and quiet for the racing fan that values their sleep, whilst being only a short ride/bus/train journey into the action. We’re also walking distance from the airport too! The site is spacious and we never overfill, allowing the tents to be laid out with a comfortable amount of space between each. We have an onsite kitchen serving breakfast from 0630 to 1030 and a variety of evening meals from 1700 to 2130 each day. The onsite bar is open from 1900 to 2300, with several TVs showing the highlights of the day racing, serving draught/bottled beers, wines and spirits too. The site has plenty of showers and toilets, with the limited guest numbers so no one waits too long to get freshened up, even on race days! We have ample parking for bikes right by your tents and cars in the main clubhouse car park. Electricity is not available in the tents but you can charge devices in the clubhouse. Check in time is 1500 but if you’re on an early plane/ferry, drop us a line and we’ll do our best to facilitate an early check in. This service is only available with advance notice. Luggage can be securely stored in the clubhouse should you arrive before check in time or need to leave it for a few hours on your day of departure. *Beds can also be configured as king size doubles, at your request.

Our site is located just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Castletown, which has a host of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants, as well as the historic Castle Rushen. It has easy access to the +150 year old Isle of Man Steam Railway and the local bus network, both of which can take you in to Douglas or further south to Port St. Mary and Port Erin
