Hello! My name is Laura, and I am the proud owner of Chichester Holiday Properties. We are a small, local, independent holiday rental company dedicated to providing exceptional service for our guests and property owners alike.
At Chichester Holiday Properties, we manage privately owned properties on behalf of their owners, offering a complete range of services from guest communication to cleaning and check-in. Our goal is to ensure that every aspect of your stay is seamless and enjoyable.
We are here for you 24 hours a day, ready to assist in case of emergencies and available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have, both before, during, and after your stay.
You can find our properties listed on our page, and we also act as co-hosts for other property owners. Whether you are planning a getaway to Chichester for business or pleasure, we would be delighted to host you and ensure you have a wonderful stay.
We are dedicated to safeguarding our properties and staying current with short-term rental regulations. As part of this commitment, we require all guests to undergo an independent verification process before your booking begins. You will receive an email and/or text message after booking with instructions on how to complete the verification process via a company called Superhog.
Please note that damage deposits may be required according to our terms and conditions. Once you have completed your verification process (detailed above) this will eliminate the need to pay a damage deposit. If you are unable to complete the verification process, a damage deposit will be requested in advance of your stay.
IMPORTANT: If you are booking for arrival today please note we do not accept same day bookings after 6pm.

Set in a fantastic secluded, rural setting & surrounded by nature, this beautiful accommodation is perfectly located for you to escape for a relaxing break! The cottage has an outdoor heated swimming pool (April-Sep), tennis court, ping pong table & even a zip wire along with seating areas in the gardens! The cottage & studio are made up of two separate units (studio sleeps 4, cottage sleeps 7), sleeping 11 in total. It is perfect for large groups of friends or family and a great base to explore the local area! We are dog friendly!
The cottage sleeps up to 7 people consisting of -
Master bedroom with ensuite shower
Living area with wood burner and TV
Kitchen and Dining area
Sofa bed in living area if required
Shower room and toilet
Twin room with extra bed and extra mattress if required
Sleeping up to 4 people, the studio is cosy with underfloor heating. The layout consists of -

Bathroom with shower and toilet
The gardens are lovely to relax and enjoy with the use of garden furniture and a BBQ. This is a unique property, in a tranquil setting - surrounded by large trees and nature.
There is a nice size outdoor heated swimming pool (shared use from April-Sep) and access to a shared tennis court (open all year). Rackets and balls are supplied. For children (and big kids) there is a zip wire which is high in the trees and also a table tennis table!
Dogs are very welcome - please not the garden is not fully secured by a fence. The owners live next door and also have pets. We ask that they remain off of the furniture. We provide dog treats, a water and food bowl and towels!
The owners house is onsite which means the parking and garden area is shared, as is the pool and tennis. We ask guests to be considerate when using the outside space and free onsite parking.
Long stays are welcome. If you are booking for arrival today please note we do not accept bookings after 6pm.

The properties are ideally situated in the village of North Mundham which is a pretty rural village just 3 miles south of Chichester. It is a great base to explore the local area or just relax and unwind at the property using the pool in the summer months, a game of tennis or have a bit of fun on the zip wire!
There is an abundance of things to do locally - The countryside of the beautiful South Downs National Park and the south coast are within a short drive as are the towns and cities of Chichester, Arundel, Bognor Regis and Portsmouth.
Beaches including West Wittering are a short drive from the properties.
If you are attending a Goodwood Event - Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival, Goodwood Horse Racing or Goodwood Members Meeting this is a great place to base yourself.
There is a bus stop only 5 mins walk from the properties which is the 600 bus taking you either in the direction of Bognor Regis or Chichester. Both have train and bus links to take you further afield.
The nearest pub is The Walnut Tree which is a 20 min walk away or a 5 minute drive is the village of Hunston where there the Spotted Cow offers lovely food. Here you will also find a village stores and post office as well as an excellent play park if you have children with you.
The nearest City is Chichester which is a 10 mins drive away and here you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. The historic town of Arundel is also nearby, only 20 mins in the car and again there are various pubs and restaurants of your choice.
If you fancy a round of golf the Chichester Golf Club is an 8 min drive away and offers indoor and outdoor adventure golf as well as their tower and cathedral courses for the keen golfer!
For any keen cyclists or walkers, the properties are nearby Route 88 which is a cycle route taking you either North in the direction of Chichester or South towards Sidlesham and Pagham Nature Reserve.
