The owner only wants satisfied guests so don`t be shy in asking for anything that might make your stay more enjoyable. Most things are possible.. IF YOU BREAK ANYTHING PLEASE LET ME KNOW . It’s not about the money , it’s so I can replace or fix before the next guests arrive . IF YOU WISH TO USE THE WOODBURNER PLEASE BRING SOME LOGS. We will provide the kindling . Children that sleep in a bed are charged for at the same rate as adults . If there is an arrival on the day of your departure the hot tub will be emptied early on the morning of your departure. IF YOUR GOING TO BE LATER THAN YOU SAID WHEN ARRIVING , please let me know . I can’t guarantee I’ll be here when you arrive if arrival time changes , although I’ll probably not be out for long if this is the case . Please note that the owner accepts no liability for any accidents that occur on his property. Belongings are left at the owners risk. We provide top quality bedding but NOT towels. DOGS NEED TO BE MENTIONED BEFORE BOOKING THEM IN . We have free range chickens roaming the land , so if your dog is likely to go for the chickens , best not to bring it . Well behaved dogs are welcome and each dog is CHARGED. Also please not that the hot tub is supplied with the wooden wood chest (see last photo) full of wood which is enough for 2-3 hot tubs. If further wood is required , a donation is encouraged. The cleaning price takes in to account the cleaning and maintenance for the hot tub along with the cutting of wood for the hot tub fire .This takes over an hour each time the chalet is prepared for new arrivals . We also now have a WOOD FIRED SAUNA . This is not included in the booking price and is an ADDITIONAl . It’s a lovely sauna that’s in the middle of a round garden with shrubs and trees.

A lovely, light and spacious chalet on the Somerset Levels; finished to a high standard with its own private wood-fired hot tub on the veranda overlooking fields. Gas heating and a wood burner. (see house rules for wood burner usage) TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED Check in and out times sometimes can be altered to your needs . Ask when booking . The location is a mile away from a pub and 1.5 from a local supermarket. It’s down a track and very secluded . Don’t expect suburbia. No TOWELS provided
