Refurbished to a high standard, this property features a large deck with a hot tub, a Pergola area, with blankets, to enjoy in all weathers and a lovely fire pit to roast your marshmallows on (kindling and some starter wood supplied). Enjoy a spacious hosting area with a brand new kitchen, a dining table for 12, and a Snug with a 65-inch TV. The expansive garden is perfect for kids and dogs. NOT A PARTY HOUSE. NO HEN/STAGS. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS All bedrooms are on the first floor: •⁠ ⁠Master suite with en-suite and super-king bed. •⁠ ⁠Bedroom 2 - king-size bed and a single sofa bed. •⁠ ⁠Bedroom 3 - king-size bed. •⁠ ⁠Bedroom 4 - Zip N Link bed - you can either have King Bed or x2 Singles. Has a private door to the main bathroom. •⁠ ⁠Bunk room with a double on the bottom and a single on top. Each room has a smart TV with Netflix, and kids can connect their consoles. There are two high-spec bathrooms: one main with a bath and shower, and one en-suite with a shower, plus a downstairs toilet. The living area is cozy with a sofa, pouffes for extra seating, and a decorative coal fire (not for use). The updated driveway accommodates multiple cars, ensuring convenient parking. PRIVACY & CARETAKER The entire property is yours during your stay. A caretaker will be on-site from time to time to manage the hot tub if required and occasionally manage rubbish. They will not enter the property while guests are present. We have x1 Ring Doorbell and x2 Ring CCTV outside the property only. NOISE POLICY WE ARE NOT A PARTY HOUSE. To respect neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. Enjoy your time, but keep it down if you’re outside. We have a noise alarm situated outside of the property, we are great hosts who just want you to have the best time whilst keeping our neighbours happy too.
