Our 2-bedroom lodge will offer a perfect base for your next adventure or a relaxing time away. Enjoy hiking, walking, and cycling right from your doorstep, or take a short drive and explore the beautiful scenery of the Cairngorms National Park. Our lodge is cosy and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. It features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with an electric fireplace. Step outside to our lovely garden and enjoy the fresh air. The living room is the perfect space for you to relax. The room features a large dining table and lovely cosy lounge area with an electric fire for those chilly nights. Bedroom 1 is set up with a a double bed and bedroom 2 has the option of two singles or a double. For families of 5 we do offer an optional trundle bed. Our lodge boasts a fully equipped kitchen, including L'Or coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. Our bathroom features a shower over the bath. Enjoy our lovely garden. Equipped with a BBQ and picnic table this is the perfect area to enjoy a summers night. If you are bringing your bike or ski’s/snowboards you can be sure to store them safely in our Asgard storage shed. Other useful information - We allow a maximum of 1 medium size dog. - All linen and towels are provided - Selection of games and children's toys - Walking distance to town centre, groceries stores, and Aviemore train station (10-15min)

Your hosts are Xanne, Caroline, Kim and Frank. Xanne and Caroline live in Scotland and, when they are not working, love to spend time in the outdoors be it running or hiking in the mountains, riding the local mountain bike trails or swimming and paddle-boarding on the lochs with their dog. They ensure that our lodge caters for those seeking all types of outdoor adventures. Xanne’s sister, Kim and her partner, Frank are from the Netherlands (hence the Orange Squirrel!). They love to visit Scotland with their family and are dedicated to ensuring our lodge is well equipped for other families and our European guests. Together, we strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment for all who stay with us whether you are a couple seeking a relaxing holiday, a family group or adventure enthusiasts looking to explore what the outdoors has to offer.
