Newly redecorated two bedroom Victorian house offers a great base to explore the historic beautiful city of York and surrounding areas. A fully complete kitchen, laundry, dining, and living areas, for a full ‘home away from home’ experience. Please note there is no freezer within the fridge. Featuring a smart TV with netflix, playstation with games. Board games, books (or swop-a-book). Free high speed wifi internet is available. Plenty of entertainment for a night in!

Neighbourhood information

The property is perfectly located for those whom location is crucial. Situated on a quiet residential street near the river, just outside the historic city walls and York Minster. Park Crescent is ideal house to enjoy and explore the many cultural and historic attractions of York city centre, just a few hundred yards away. The immediate area has a range of handy local shops and amenities including a Sainsbury's supermarket, public houses and a frequent bus service. Monkgate Bar and the city walls are approximately five minutes on foot.
