Ceiling fan, celling hung bedside lamps USB points all controlled from the comfort of a king-size bed with luxurious feather quilt, pillows and deluxe bedding provided for an amazing nights sleep. Parking is directly outside the front door with a designated parking space for Park House Studio guests. A small gated BBQ /seating area April to October for guests.

I live in Park House and the studio is at the top of my garden separated by a fence and gate completely on its own ground. I wont be knocking on your door but am available should you need me. Born and breed in Matlock I came back hear to live after travelling around the world and living abroad. I know what I want when I travel and stay away from home and have strived to provided that luxury with Park House Studio. I also own another holiday let called Central Matlock Apartment. I take pride in my holiday properties with linen towels and all the comforts required when spending time away from home. The studio is a little up market but I felt there was a gap in the local market where a couple can come and have a self catering experience in a boutique property with out hustle and bustle of other people. My plan is to provide a hot tub in the new year to add to the experience of The Studio. I love exploring the area even though I've been lucky enough to live hear for many years the beauty of the surrounding countryside still never ceases to amaze me. I love interior design having owned a interior design company a few years ago. Plus drinking and dancing on a Friday night when possible.

Park House Studio is nestled off a quite private drive to 4 properties. Situated directly off Alfreton Road a couple of minutes drive from centre of Matlock or walk to Matlock's Park. Were lucky enough to have a fabulous fish and chip shop on our door step along with a late opening garage & Go Local for groceries and off licence. You can leave the car and walk straight from the studio to Matlock, Riber Castle, Matlock Bath plus many other walks nearby. We are lucky to have three garden centres near by two with restaurants which I particularly recommend Tansley Barn for food. The Red Lion pub & brewery is a couple of minutes walk away with full bar & restaurant menu, having a pretty beer garden for the summer and roaring fire in the winter. Matlock has many bars and restaurants to choose from, an abundance of charity shops & small market on a Wednesday. A little further a field but definitely worth a visit is Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, The pretty market town of Bakewell with beautiful river full of birds. Wirksworth which has recently been a location for a Hollywood Block buster. Your at the gate way for the Peak National Park an area of outstanding beauty. Come relax enjoy.
