The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Open the french doors and you can enjoy the private balcony - personally I think this is the perfect spot for a morning coffee! 🍽 KITCHEN & DINING – The kitchen is well equipped and of a decent size so cooking a meal for all guests should be ideal. There is a dining table for guests to enjoy socialising and meals together. 🛏 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – After a day of exploring, retreat to one of three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each offering a peaceful night's sleep: Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, complete with a comfortable double bed. Bedroom 2: Two single beds, perfect for kids or friends traveling together. Bedroom 3: A further two single beds 🚿 BATHROOMS – Both bathrooms are modern, stylish, and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.
