It is just a short stroll to the harbour itself, and only 5 miles from Chichester. This beautifully decorated annexe offers a large open plan living space overlooking the pretty and well-tended shared garden. Large bifold doors open up to the patio, perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal in the warmer months on the patio dining set. The comfortable Neptune sofa bed will be made up for your arrival with crisp white hotel style linen, and there is plenty of additional seating with two tub chairs. There is also a large 80" Smart TV (you will need to use your own log in details for the TV apps). The sweet dining set with mismatched chairs is perfect for enjoying a cosy breakfast for two and overlooks the patio. The kitchenette has a fridge, toaster, kettle and a combination microwave. Please note there is no hob, however, the annexe is located in the heart of Bosham with pubs, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Bosham, England, United Kingdom Bosham is a picturesque and historical village located in Chichester Harbour. It is famous for where King Canute tried to hold back the tide and also features in the Bayeux Tapestry! Bosham Harbour and Saxon church are a stone's throw from the house - there are cafes, an arts and crafts centre and a pretty pub both overlooking the water. The Roman town of Chichester is 5 miles east of Bosham and its pedestrian centre is home to boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries and The Chichester Cathedral with its unique separate bell tower. Bird watchers might spot the Peregrine Falcons nesting in the tower. The Itchenor ferry can be caught from the southerly most point in Bosham - follow Shore Road and the signs - parking is available or it is a pleasant 30 minute walk around the harbour's edge - the ferry will take you across the water to the historic sailing village of Itchenor. From Itchenor you can walk along the Salterns Way to West Wittering Beach - or just stop for a bite to eat in The Ship Inn or the Quarterdeck Cafe.
