Walking into the apartment, the first thing to note is how tastefully decorated the space is. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is ideal for spending quality time with family or friends. Relax at the sofa area, where you can chat together or enjoy the smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay. So whether you choose to dine in at your base, or at one of the many fine eateries on your doorstep in Rhosneigr, this duplex apartment has you covered. The apartment can occupy 4 people, with room at the glass dining table for everyone. There is 1 beautiful double bedroom on the ground floor, and another equally well styled room with twin single beds in the upstairs portion of the property. In the bathroom, the bath has a shower over, a wash basin and w.c. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
