Welcome to my stylish cottage located on a quiet lane in Chipping Norton within the Cotswolds, 15 mins to Soho Farmhouse. Relax by the log fire in the cosy living room and entertain in the open plan kitchen-diner with country living design. Sorry, strictly no pets allowed. Upstairs you'll find two double bedrooms served by a large bathroom. Outside is a stunning large garden. Please note: the very steep narrow staircase is part of the cottage's historic charm, but is not suitable for babies/children or those with mobility issues. There is also no handrail for the top step as it turns. Enter through the rear door and step into the open plan kitchen-dining-living area. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern amenities including an oven, induction hob, fridge, air fryer & Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules). The dining area features a large dining table comfortably seating 4-6 guests. The cosy living room complete with open fire, TV with Amazon firestick for streaming services and comfy seating, offers the perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring. Beyond the kitchen is a small utility room with washing machine & dishwasher for your convenience. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs, you'll discover two generously proportioned double bedrooms, both overlooking the stunning back garden with far-reaching views of the countryside. The master bedroom offers a double bed with shelves filled with books for you to browse during your stay. There is also a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 provides a comfortable double bed with a chest of drawers and stunning far-reaching views of the countryside. The bedrooms share access to the spacious stylish bathroom, with freestanding bath and overhead shower, sink & WC (please note, there is slightly reduced headroom in the shower). Outside is a large landscaped garden with seating for 2 on the terrace with additional seating for 4 and and an outdoor table, perfect for al fresco dining.

There are many countryside walks directly from the doorstep with Chipping Norton centre a 20 minute walk away. Chipping Norton is a bustling market town in the Cotswolds with independent shops, cafes and restaurants, all just a 20 minute walk away. Sainsbury's is in the centre on Market Street open 07:00-21:00, it also has a small car park. There's an Aldi and Marks & Spencer Foodhall a 5 minute drive away. Soho Farmhouse is a 15 minute drive, Diddly Squat Farm Shop is 3 miles away with Bicester Village Designer Outlet, Blenheim Palace & Woodstock around 25 minutes away. The cottage is also well located in the stunning Cotswolds AONB with the charming villages of Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold just 15 minutes away.
