I am very proud to welcome guests to my family home located on the stunning North East coastline. My home is perfect for families or small groups of friends seeking to enjoy the award winning beaches. The property still boasts some of its original features and is located only a 5 minute walk from Tynemouth Beach. Through careful renovation it now contains a blend of modern and contemporary style giving it a very welcoming and homely feel to suit many different peoples tastes. The property will sleep 5 people (1 king size bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom) and also contains a full upstairs bathroom and a small downstairs toilet. Ground Floor As you enter the property through the private front door you are greeted with a bright spacious hallway and a downstairs toilet to your right hand side. Walking towards the rear of the property the door immediately ahead provides access to the kitchen area and a small breakfast table and chairs. The ground floor also contains a large living a dining room accessible from both the kitchen and hallway. Rear sliding doors allows guests to access and enjoy the stunning private rear garden. First Floor Using the staircase in the hallway you will arrive in a spacious landing area on the first floor. The main large bathroom will be on your right with separate shower and bath facilities on offer. Spare linen and towels can be located in the bathroom storage cupboard. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a GBP40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

The local area is friendly welcoming and full of Bars, Restaurants, Cafe's and shops to make anyone's trip away feel complete. The Northumberland coastline boasts an array of outstanding natural beauty and more castles than anywhere else in UK. Our award winning beaches is a surfers paradise with lessons taking place a 5 minute walk away from the property. Local parks offer a perfect escape for those four legged friends wanting to enjoy the open space. Northumberland park, the quarry, North Shields river walk and Priory castle are all well recommended locations for a spot of fresh air. Eating out I would highly recommend sampling some of the lively bars and restaurants in the area. Tynemouth has it's own unique style but all with a consistently welcoming feel.
