A beautifully refurbished 2 Bedroom cottage in the heart of Norfolk. Our Cottage was renovated 3 years ago, and we have worked extremely hard to maintain many original features that mean the house is full of charm, character and comfort. Downstairs, we have kept wooden floors and Pantiles throughout, so we love guests to bring their dogs along. Our Kitchen includes a Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine and Microwave, with Induction Hob and Oven also fitted. We will make sure you are fully stocked with Tea, Coffee and biscuits for your stay, and will make sure there is milk in the fridge when you arrive! We provide Dog Bowls and cutlery for our younger guests. The Open plan Lounge and Dining Room include a large dining table that will comfortably seat 6, the cupboard in the corner is stocked with games to keep everyone entertained, and the lounge includes a comfy sofa, armchair and Wood-burning Stove to keep you toasty. For entertainment, we also have a flat screen TV, with Sky and Netflix available to guests. There is also a Downstairs toilet with Washbasin. Upstairs includes a comfortable Bathroom with a period Ceramic Bathtub, with Mixer tap and also an over the bath shower unit. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed which can be adjusted electronically so you can easily get comfortable, and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. We also have a cot-bed, fold-up bed and babygate available for our guests to use. The house has parking to the rear, and the property is accessed by a gravel path into the rear courtyard. We have Oil Central Heating throughout, in addition to the Wood-burner.

Hi, We are Rebecca and Joe. We have been using our house as a Holiday Let since 2021, it has been great fun meeting lots of different people, and sharing with them the area of the UK that we love so much. We have lived in the Village since 2014, and often say to people that we are lucky to feel like we are on holiday when we are here in the village! We are Mum and dad to 2 young boys, and enjoy spending time with them exploring the local area, enjoying the beaches and visiting many of the attractions that we are lucky to have nearby! The last member of our Family is Barney our Border Terrier, he enjoys the Beach, the local walks and snoozing in front of the fire. Litcham is a pretty village in the heart of Norfolk and is perfect for exploring the fabulous local Coastline and the range of market towns and villages. We have so many wonderful Pubs and Restaurants locally for a perfect foodie weekend! Staying in Litcham gives you the perfect base to explore Norfolk, we are located 30 minutes from the fabulous Norfolk Beaches, 25 minutes from Norwich City Centre, and within 30 minutes, we have access to many fabulous villages including: Sandringham, Great Massingham, Burnham Market and Castle Acre to name but a few! The Village is located along the Nar Valley Way, so is the ideal location for families and Dog Walkers. We have a Nature Reserve that is often home to Cows, Sheep & Horses, and is a haven for wildlife and rare birds. We have a great pub 'The Bull' which serves a mean Sunday Roast and a few doors down we have 'The Little Chippy' which does fabulous takeaway Fish & Chips. We are also lucky to have 'Litcham Deli' that serves Sandwiches, Cakes and Pastries, and there is a Village store so you can top up supplies during your stay with us.
