“We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Goodwood Races. Very friendly host and comfortable room. Lots of extras i.e. shower gel, shampoo, fruit etc. Basic continental breakfast which was very nice and relaxed. Own key to front door and room.”

This is a non-smoking home where a warm welcome awaits, perfect for those whom require accommodation for work or a relaxed break in the market town of Petersfield with easy access to the South Downs National Park and the South Downs Way. Conveniently we are only a few minutes walk from the Railway Station, Travel Advice and Directions will be sent out a few days before you arrive. We are very eco conscious with 4kw solar PV panels on the roof and in the garden. We also have Solar Thermal heating for all of our hot water and very happy to pass on knowledge. Sorry, but we can only accept non smokers.

Have travelled extensively as a guest and always looking for somewhere well located, interesting and like everyone else, that is affordable. Hosting has been great as I work freelance and happy to help out when I can to make your stay better. As a host, I try and make sure you are comfortable, relaxed and well informed. I will leave you to your own devices, but am always available should you need assistance.
