Newly converted city centre top floor 2 bedroom apartment. Two double bedrooms, modern bathroom, fully kitted kitchen and comfy front room with two sofas, flat screen tv, Netflix, virgin 125gbps fibre and separate dining table.

Amazingly central location, Exeter Central station 5 minutes walk away, St Davids Station 10 minutes walk away, Cathedral and city centre 10 minutes walk away with the university also very nearby.
