From the moment you arrive at a Saltwater Escapes property we aim to give you a warm welcome. All properties offer fantastic access to the towns treasure's including the many cafés and restaurants, the beaches and of course the beautiful sea. We love that Saltwater Escapes' properties have become a home from home for many of our customers who have stayed with us year after year and are making traditions of their own and memories to treasure. Our office hours are 9am - 5pm.

Picnic Cottage is a cosy three-bedroom retreat in the heart of Kingswear, offering the perfect base for exploring Dartmouth and the South Devon coast. With a welcoming lounge/diner, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a children’s bunk room, and two bathrooms, it’s ideal for families or friends. Outside, a private terrace provides a peaceful spot to relax after coastal walks or ferry trips across the River Dart.
