「On the last morning, they forgot to put any butter out and no staff were around to ask for it. By the time it arrived, my croissants were cold and hard and so fed the swans!! Not a huge problem though.」

「The room was nice and clean and decoration was good. The window opened a little but had to be supported with my shoe to keep it open all night. Shower room was very clean.」
