We have been opening up our home to guests for 2 years now. We love meeting new people from all walks of life. Whether you need a place for work or leisure, Bruce and I will do our very best to offer you a relaxed and friendly welcome. Shared access through front door with a privacy screen turn left to find: king size bed & memory foam mattress with lovely view of our large rear garden. Private Shower room, toilet and wash hand basin is just in the next door. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave and all crockery and cutlery needed to make your stay convenient as a Home from Home - whether for work or pleasure. There is a small table for work or to eat from, two comfy chairs, flat screen tv and a cushioned window seat to sit and enjoy garden views and visiting birds and wildlife. Continental breakfast is provided - home made bread, choice of cereals, fresh fruit, milk, butter, yoghurt, good tea & coffee selection. Please advise of any food intolerances. Use of shared family kitchen if you want to cook, please enjoy our garden if you wish to have breakfast or a meal outside. We also have another cosy double bedroom if you are travelling with an extra person/couple.

We love our cottage and its garden and we warmly welcome you to stay at Plovers Cottage. My husband and I are outdoor people, we love Chichester Harbour, the local beautiful beaches that surround us on the Manhood Peninsula and we are fortunate to have the South Downs a few miles to the north. We love gardening, walking, kayaking and spending time on the sea in our small fishing boat. We welcome guests to have their breakfasts and drinks and meals in our garden.

Scenic Chichester Harbour is a stones throw from us, Dell Quay, Chichester Marina, Birdham Pool, Itchenor on one side of us and on the other is the RSPB site at Sidlesham and Church Norton and then Selsey. North there is the historic town of Chichester with its Cathedral, museums, Pallant House Gallery and lots of interesting history to explore. There is a great choice of good pubs and restaurants in the local area.
