Also electric roof light for night-time fresh air & passive ventilation (switch on wall behind kettle) Popular 7 Dials has many local pubs & shops. Close to the North Laines, a short walk to historical South Lanes, also many fabulous restaurants, venues & bars. Handy for station. Beach Front areas 10/15 mins walk. A warm well insulated, newly renovated, low energy mini space is designed to have a low impact on the environment. A comfortable & convenient space for short city breaks. Freshly cleaned & maintained between bookings. Fitted with a comfy Kingsize Double Bed (or two singles upon request) dimmable lighting, hanging areas & smart TV (Netflix etc). Black-out blinds fitted at all windows. A cute little shower room designed in calcutta porcelain marble / with matt black accessories.

Located in the chilled, trendy central Seven Dials Neighbourhood of Brighton, with stylish Restaurants, Bars & Elegant Architectural Crescents. The area is only a 10/15 minutes walk to all central areas, many Restaurants & the Beach.. Much loved much by the locals... Easy to park up & walk everywhere. Regular trains to London & Gatwick.
