Cotswold Serviced Homes manages 2 Pound Cottage. We also own the next-door 1-pound cottage, which has four bedrooms and can be rented together to make seven bedrooms for 14 people. - Please ask for availability to book both cottages together. - 2 Pound has three bedrooms, sleeps six and has a travel cot to make 7 - Also, there is a 6-man hot tub, which is free with stays, including Friday and Saturday evenings. Please request prices for weekday stays and availability before booking. - Private off-road parking for 2, and on-road parking is always available on the roads outside of the cottage - The code for the key safe at the cottage is sent on the morning of your stay so you can gain entry. - Bus stop just outside of the property to explore Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester, Stroud - Great base for exploring the rest of the Cotswolds. *** Hot Tub*** is free during stays that include Friday and Saturday evenings (apply for weekday prices). It must be requested when booking or at least 72 hours before arrival to guarantee it can be ready for you. We will do our best to prepare the tub upon your arrival, as the water is changed and heated for every new guest. It may not be ready until the following morning of your first night, depending on whether the previous guest has used the hot tub or if you have booked at the last minute. Guests must digitally sign our company's Terms and Conditions and provide a damage deposit hold on a credit card. This will be in the form of a pre-authorization/hold. The money will not be taken by us; it is an authorization for an amount up to this to be taken if there is any damage caused by the guest or anyone from their booking party. The authorization will commence the day before your arrival and expire automatically around 5 days after your departure. Please note that the authorisation may take a few days to appear on your statement. You will receive an email and an SMS message with a link to your "Guestflow" portal."

2 Pound is located in Brockworth, on Ermin Street, which is an A road. Brockworth is not a rural village; it is a suburb situated evenly between Gloucester and Cheltenham, both about 3.5 miles away. Various shops are nearby, including takeaways, cafes, a co-op, newsagents, and more. Additionally, there is a large Tesco, Costa, Domino's, Subway, and other amenities about a mile away. There are two pubs, the Whittle and the Cross Hands, for dining, also about a mile away. The world-famous cheese roll event, held every May, is a 1.5-mile walk away and worth visiting to see how steep it is. The bus stop outside the cottage can take you to Gloucester and the Cathedral or the Quays. Alternatively, it can take you to Cheltenham and the Promenade to go shopping or to the famous Cheltenham Races. You can also use the bus to explore the Cotswolds, as this location is a fantastic base to do so.
