PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Puffling Perch, (a baby puffin!) a charming one-bedroom cottage in Seahouses, is perfect for couples seeking a coastal retreat. This beautifully designed dog-friendly bolthole is located just metres from the bustling harbour. Accommodating two guests, it features one bedroom and one bathroom. For larger groups, three additional properties are available in the same courtyard.

Single Floor Layout
Open Plan Kitchen/Dining Area: Fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cosy dining table, seating area, and TV.
Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and dressing table.
Bathroom: Walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rail.
Outdoors
Communal Laundry Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning materials.
Parking
Designated space for one car in the cobbled courtyard. Important – Access is via a small archway unsuitable for large vehicles (including most SUVs).
Pets: Guest may bring up to 2 pets. Pets must be added and charged for via the Guest Portal once booked.
