The star of the show is the top floor, where patio doors from the spacious kitchen/living room open to reveal a balcony with truly stunning views - three miles of golden sands from Baggy point to Woolacombe and the expanse of Putsborough Bay. Sunsets are never to be missed from here! The middle floor welcomes guests with an entrance hall for shoes and coats. Downstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms, where the sound of the ocean fills every room at night: a double with en-suite shower and access to the garden; a bunk bedroom; and a twin room with access to the garden. There's also a family bathroom with a separate shower. Outside, you can enjoy a garden that wraps around the whole property and a heated outdoor shower - perfect for after the surf or swims in the sea. With both front and rear gardens, you'll always find sun and shelter. The front garden features traditional stone wall terracing, while the back has the ocean as its backdrop. A close walk away, you have access to a heated indoor swimming pool at neighbouring Clifton Court. There is parking in the driveway with space for 2-3 cars with EV charging available.

This home has been built and owned by the same family for three generations. We've loved growing up in the area and sharing this wonderful place with others!
