100pound deposit taken on arrival and will be given back after stay (This is for the hot tub if it gets really dirty, as we need to throw the water out and it takes 24hours to reheat, we dont want to let the next guests down so please just keep the water clean)
If there is more than 8 guests they will be charged 100pound per person per night (please just stick to the STRICTLY 8 guests rule, we dont want to charging guests additional costs)
