A warm welcome awaits you. Ridgewood is a new luxury apartment offering a home from home space to enjoy your holiday. The open plan layout is light,bright and contemporary offering comfortable accommodation for two. The lounge has a beautiful log burning stove for those chilly winter evenings a lovely sofa and armchair. A Smart TV where you will be able to access your Netflix account, if TV isn't for you there are a selection of board games and paperback books. We have a fully fitted kitchen with Fridge,Fan Oven, Induction Hot and Extractor Fan everything you would need should you wish to cook an evening meal. The Bedroom has a lovely large King Size bed, there are USB sockets at the bedside tables to charge your devices. The en-suite bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower....large heated towel rail and the essential complimentary toiletries that you may have forgotten. We are within walking distance of several Hotels where you can relax and enjoy the highland hospitality. A perfect destination walkers and cyclists .
We look forward to meeting you and will be at hand for any questions or guidance you may need.
This is an ideal base for walkers and cyclists, having access locally to both the Great Glen Way and the Affric Trail together with plenty of forest walks. Urquhart Castle is short drive away or a beautiful walk, Loch Ness Cruises operate from the Clansman Hotel about 15 mins drive and Inverness is only 25 mins drive. The Beautiful Glen Affric is a 20 min drive and a delight to see. Culloden Battlefield, Fort George and Nairn Beach are all easily reached within the hours. Ski centres Cairngorms and Nevis Range again are only an hour and a half away from here making this an ideal base for summer and winter breaks.

Directions: Driving from Inverness, follow signs for Fort William and Drumnadrochit on the A82. A 14 mile drive will bring you to Drumnadrochit. Continue through the village passing two sets of traffic lights, after the 2nd traffic lights turn right onto Balmacaan Road, and continue to the top of the road. The road then forks to the right onto single track, take this road and continue past the farm (on the right) for 10 metres and then take the next right at the wooden gates. Ridgewood Apartment is on your left.

Driving from Fort William, follow the A82 until you see the sign for Drumnadrochit. Go past Borlum Horse Riding Farm and Urquhart Castle. 5 minutes from the castle you will go over a small bridge continue on the A82 until you see a set of traffic lights. Turn left just before the traffic lights and onto Balmacaan Road, and continue to the top of the road. The road then forks to the right onto single track, take this road and continue past the farm (on the right) for 10 metres and then take the next right at the wooden gates. Ridgewood Apartment is on your left.
