Welcome to Riverside House, our stunning three bedroom holiday home situated on the edge of the River Tyne, the accommodation has been refurbished and furnished throughout to a fabulous specification, offering our guests a luxurious River Side stay. Includes FREE PARKING for upto 3 vehicles. The house is situated in an enviable position on the edge of the River Tyne, offering guests fabulous Riverside walks, just minutes from the vibrant Fish Quay social scene with its growing range of quality restaurants and bars. Our guests enter the property into a tastefully decorated entrance hallway accessing the ground floor rooms including the guest w.c., there is a fabulous spacious lounge with ample seating and a large 58” smart TV to enjoy watching your favorite shows or a movie in style!, the separate dining room includes a six seater dining suite and a traditional leather sofa and a further smart TV. The property features a fabulous modern high gloss white kitchen with built-in appliances including a dishwasher, and all the usual necessary utensils. There is a stairwell to the first floor with s stunning feature original stone built wall, accessing the bedrooms and family bathroom. There are three extremely well fitted spacious double bedrooms, all with wardrobes and draws ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay, the bedrooms include two king sized beds, and one double, with the master bedroom having a further smart TV. The spacious modern bathroom includes feature wall mirrors with a power shower over the bath. The accommodation is heated via a combination gas boiler, and the property is double glazed throughout. All the rooms are tastefully decorated in a beautiful style befitting this traditional Riverside House. North Shields Fish Quay is just a short walk into Tynemouth.
