Riverside View is a stylish duplex apartment with penthouse accommodation on the banks of the River Leven with views of the marina and beyond to the mountains of Loch Lomond. The flat has an open plan kitchen, with modern appliances, a large dining table and a lovely bright living area with Smart TV and free WIFI. The apartment has exclusive use of a large outside terrace with outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ trolley with disposable BBQ and superb views over the marina, the Loch Lomond Cruising Boats moor close-by. The property has three bedrooms in total, two bedrooms have king size beds with en-suite shower facilities, the third bedroom has a single bed with a separate bathroom. Secure parking is available at no extra cost. There is no lift in the building. Please be aware that the apartment is by the side of a road and therefore some noise is inevitable.

The property is a very short stroll to a variety of bars and restaurants. There are small shops, coffee shops, hairdressers, a pharmacy and a supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. Balloch Castle and Country Park is just across the road with river walks, castle and play parks, Loch Lomond Shores is a 10 minute walk along the banks of the River Leven. Loch Lomond promises a huge array of water based activities, including kayaking and leisure cruises. You can even take a trip in a seaplane for a birds-eye view of the loch and the bonnie banks below. If you have brought or hired bikes, there are lots of opportunities for cycling too, a particularly good route takes you around the West Loch Lomond cycle path. The apartment is in the centre of Balloch and is within walking distance of all public transport including the train station which has links to Glasgow and Edinburgh, it is a two minute walk to the bus station and a taxi rank is close-by. Glasgow airport is 15 miles away. Secure private parking is available on site but on street parking is readily available at no cost.
