We are a family who have fallen in love with Cornwall and decided to move here in 2016 and open a guest house. We love to visit the local attractions and have lots of tips and advice for you to help plan your stay.

Rockleigh Place is a unique, family-run guest house. Set in a traditional Victorian house. All rooms are located on the ground or lower ground floor. The double rooms are north-facing and decorated in a wooden lodge style to feel cosy and relaxing. The bathrooms have a walk in shower. Delicious breakfast is also included in the room rate. Please note the double rooms are located on a lower-ground . The Family room is south facing and located on the ground floor. This room has been freshly renovated in a classical Victorian style, this high-ceiling room benefits from a large bay window overlooking the garden. One-bedroom apartment is chic, stylish and filled with natural light. There is a lounge area with a small, well equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a modern bathroom. This apartment is on the ground floor; south facing and offers self-catering facilities. The additional benefit from on-site parking and a well maintained shared garden and roof terrace. We are located in St Austell, which is home to many attractions including famous Gardens such as the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan, traditional seaside villages and beaches.

Rockleigh Place is situated in a quiet residential area, at the top of a hill, 6 minutes drive from the nearest beach and the main restaurant area. This area is great for visiting Gardens , traditional towns and villages and beaches. Cornwall is best explored by car although some public transport options are available.
