Self-contained ground floor room with private entrance and off-road parking. Short walk to popular café. Pubs, restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets 10 minutes. City centre easily accessible with regular bus and train links nearby. King size bed, ensuite shower room, desk and chair. Tea & coffee making facilities, microwave, fridge and toaster, cutlery and crockery. Outside seating area. Self-check in.
