Hi I'm Zoe the owner of Roselina house and creative studio. I moved to Hastings from Hackney in London 15 years ago and set up shop in this beautiful Georgian townhouse. I love it here! It's a great community and full of fellow creatives....and the sea is right at the bottom of the street. Come take a peek at this brilliant town :-))))))

The neighbourhood is lovely, really pretty, really friendly, we all know one another on this street, it's very safe. Hastings train station is approx 20 mins walk or 5 mins in a cab. Re parking, if you continue from All Saints Street up onto Harold Road you can find free roadside parking further up the hill, and on adjoining streets, you may have to go up as far as the school but its only a few minutes walk back down to the house. Also there are several reasonably priced car parks nearby.
