We are a small family business and love hosting! Although our place is all contactless check in and check out, we always personally reach out to guests prior to their stay. We send our welcome message, with all the access details required, on the day of check in from our personal phones so you have our contact details, As we live only a few minutes from the house we are always available in case of need - we are always happy to help out, from emergency loo roll top ups, to personal recommendations of places to eat. We believe this is what sets us apart from our competitors, is the personal approach we take, We have personal pride in our little Guesthouse, it was designed and renovated by ourselves, We do all the hosting. We are local so have a wealth of local knowledge.

This amazing house is located in Long Eaton town centre. All rooms boast super comfy beds, the 3 larger rooms contain zip/link beds so can be arranged as either SuperKing double or twin single and are ensuite. The 2 smaller rooms are double rooms, containing a 4ft double bed - one of these rooms is ensuite, the other has it's own private, external bathroom which is just across the hallway, only the guest staying in this room has a key to access this. All linens and towels are provided, as well as complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms. We also offer free wifi & Netflix. We have a fully equipped kitchen along with a sitting area. There is also a laundry room with tumble dryer, washing machine - complimentary detergent & fabric softener provided. This is truly a space where you can relax and enjoy just like the comfort of your own home. Pay and Display Parking is just close by and very reasonably priced. We are a few minutes walk away from Westgate Suites, which is a popular wedding venue (and also has an amazing restaurant & bar, serving awesome coffee and cakes during the day) We are also a 5 minute walk away from Clifford's Health Club and Spa, so handily located for a Spa & stay getaway! For adventurous guests, we are a 5 minute drive away from Spring Lakes Watersports & Leisure Centre. For our longer staying guests, we are a perfect location for staying away from home for work as we have cooking amenities and just across the road from P.E.C.S. gym which is a no contract, pay-as-you-go gym at a very low price which includes a fitness class. We are a short walk away from West Park which is a beautiful park to walk around, has fantastic playgrounds/splashpad/skate park for children. They have a park run every Saturday. No end of sports are played there, football, cricket, rugby, croquet! At the far end there is the Leisure Centre with swimming pool.

Long Eaton is a town that lies north of the River Trent and is about 7 miles southwest of Nottingham. It is the home of the Parish Church of St. Laurence which stands to the east of the Market Place. Nottingham is an excellent destination, for both business and leisure guests – and our apartments are ideally situated to ensure you can take full advantage of that. Whether you are staying in the city centre or one of the residential areas, you’ll have easy access to the city’s fantastic range of shops, bars and restaurants, which includes a vibrant independent scene. Or why not go to the cinema, try your hand at an escape room, play crazy golf or visit one of the county’s many amazing museums and visitor attractions? If you’re here to watch sport, then the world-famous Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, the Nottingham Forest and Notts County football grounds, The Nottingham Tennis Centre and Nottingham Racecourse are all easy to access by public transport. And, you’ll find the National Ice Centre, which is also home to the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham where you’ll see some of the biggest names in entertainment, in Nottingham city centre.
