Situated in the very heart of the Unesco World Heritage Site, New Town, this beautifully furnished one bedroom apartment offers guests easy access to Edinburgh's main sights and sounds, whilst remaining quiet and secluded. With a good-sized open plan kitchen living space, fantastic luxury showerroom and double bedroom, guests will feel both on holiday and at home. It is a basement-level flat with about 20 steps leading down to it.

Neighbourhood information

Nestled in the fabulous New Town (started 1767), from the apartment you will have easy access to the main sights of Edinburgh but you can explore some of the world's most renowned architecture and townplanning on your doorstep. There is both a Tesco and a Lidl a short walk away as well as a Tesco Metro and Local convenience store available on Dundas Street. For coffee lovers, Broughton Street has a selection of great cafes, bars and restaurants and not more than 5 minutes walk away you can find The Cumberland Bar, with its real ales and beer garden. Parking is free at the weekends and overnight; however, we advise guests, where possible, to come by plane or train - everything of note can be reached by foot. However, for those not keen on the small incline to the centre of town, there are frequent buses that will take you up on Dundas Street. There are plenty of taxis and Uber operates in Edinburgh too.
