The apartment has fibre optic wifi but mobile phone signal strength may be weak unless near a window.

Bedford House Apartment is located on Marine Parade facing the sea. The area is called Kemp Town which has its own range of artisan coffee shops, patisserie, pubs, antique stores and a flea market. Brighton pier is a 10 minutes walk, The Lanes and Brighton Pavillion is a 15 minutes walk, city centre 20 minutes. The nearest convenience store is called Mulberrys which is located 2 minutes walk from the house at the top left of Bedford Street. Mulberrys sell a range of fresh and package food plus diary products and are open late. There are a wide range of restaurants as well as convenience stores walking distance.
