Welcome to our home from home, a charming Victorian terraced house perfectly placed to enjoy everything this vibrant seaside town has to offer. Set in a fantastic location less than a 10-minute stroll from the seafront, pier, train station, and bustling town centre, this characterful home blends period charm with modern comfort, making it an ideal base for coastal breaks, cultural adventures, or relaxed weekends away. The ground floor provides ample entertaining space, with a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, appliances, including a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a cosy living area and dining table and chairs. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom provides a calming retreat and has the advantage of being en-suite with a shower and sink. The further two bedrooms provide comfort during your stay, one is a double and the other another king size bed with an en-suite, again with a shower and sink. There is also a family bathroom with large bath and toilet. Soft furnishings are provided along with tea and coffee, and guests are welcome to use condiments, etc. We have a variety of board games and books for your use to enjoy during your stay.

The town centre is an 8 minute walk away. The seafront is an 8 - 10 minute stroll away with a Miniature Railway, children’s playground, trampolines, Adventure Golf, arcades, etc. The West Hill Funicular going up to Hastings Castle is a 10 minute walk away as is the start of the old town with its quaint and independent shops. Lots of drinking and eating options available. Rock a Nore is a 17 minute stroll along the seafront with the Hastings Contemporary Art Gallery, Fisherman’s Museum, the Shipwreck Museum, Hastings Aquarium, the historic fishing huts, and lots more. The stairs, or East Hill Funicular can be taken up to the East Hill with the coastal paths, country park, great walks and stunning views. George Street is the busiest street in the Old Town with many boutique shops, cafes, pubs, galleries, antiques, etc.
