Fantastic location really close to the beach and mid way between the centre of town and the Marina so both are within easy walking distance. The cafes and shops of Kemptown village are less than 100 yards from the front door but the flat itself is in a quiet residential street.
The property has its own private secluded garden which catches the sun and provides an oasis of calm.
There’s a sea view from the bay window in the living room, and a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden.
