Latimer House, Ramsgate is a big Georgian seaside townhouse in a fantastic location. 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeps & dines 10-14. Pretty courtyard garden. Includes a lovely separate apartment under main house. Perfect for celebrations, holidays, weekends away, multigenerational family, friends, golf trips, professionals. Home from home Free parking on street +2 private spaces nearby. 5-10 min walk to beach, cafes, shops. Great pubs, restaurants, cafes, vintage shops. Tennis courts opposite please note there are lots of stairs so not suitable for those with poor mobility.

I'm a freelance event producer and executive coach, based in London who fell in love with Ramsgate years ago, after going to school in Canterbury. I having been running a holiday let business here since 2006 and love hosting. Our house sleeps up to 14 (including the flat with separate entrance under the main house) I've never lost that excited feeling as I drive into our road and see the sea at the end. I love our pubs, cafes, restaurants, beautiful harbour, Viking walks, stunning architecture and lovely beaches. It's a perfect place for all ages. Always happy to help prior or during booking. Ramsgate is a great seaside location with loads to do for all ages. Plenty of walks, great beaches (we provide buckets and spades) fab pubs, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes all very near. Next road Addington street has a great cafe 'Eats’n beats' which turns into a cocktail bar with live music and next door is a vynl shop. There is also the Falstaff deli and hotel bar. The Modern Boulangerie is 5 mins walk with great croissants. Archive does fab breakfasts and lunch on the harbour 10mins away. The house is 90 mins from London in car 75 on train to st Pancras 15 min walk from train station (train to London 75 mins) loads to do in walking distance.
