Fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment with amazing uninterrupted views across the solent and the additional benefit of parking. This luxury first floor victorian apartment is just moments from the seafront and a short flat walk to the town of Cowes. The apartment has recently been renovated. The double fronted spacious lounge takes advantage of the uninterrupted views of the Solent, with high ceilings, elegant furnishings, large dining table to seat up to 10 guests and double doors that lead onto a large balcony equipped with table and chairs to seat four and loungers to relax in to soak up the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for your stay. The master bedroom, with a king size bed leads through to a recently redecorated en suite shower room. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and is next to the bathroom which again has been tastefully refurbished. The apartment is housed in a Grand Victorian apartment block with just 3 other apartments, great views, lots of space, a large private balcony and allocated parking for one car. The apartment is located a few moment’s walk from the esplanade where you can stroll along to the Parade and Cowes High Street with wonderful views of the bustling harbour and across The Solent. See the prestigious yacht clubs and, if you are lucky, hear the small cannon at the Royal Yacht Squadron fire to start or finish a yacht race. Additionally, Gurnard Beach is about 20 mins walk, it is a quaint traditional, pebble and shingle beach, within walking distance of Cowes on the north west coast of the Isle of Wight, with great views across the Solent, and some of the best sunsets you are likely to find! It is bordered by attractive, municipally owned beach huts, mainly painted green, on its sea wall that are leased locally. Behind the beach huts is a large sloped green with children's playground area.
