It is a studio hence the up to 4 is more if you are on a budget or with kids. Please see pictures for details. You can cook your own food and relax while either watching telly or surfing super fast internet. The flat is on the top floor which is an extra bonus in case you like to sleep with the open window without stressing out a cat might jump in. There is plenty of parking and the area is safe. Apartment offers unlimited internet access, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances including a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. few toiletries, hair dryer, iron and the board.

There is lots to experience in Newbury. It's a perfect base to nip out to the town center, race course, train station is just 5 minutes away. All sorts of shops are nearby.
