Shallows Lodge is a charming elegated gated home, adjoning Shallows House, situated in the heart of ancient Boldre in the New Forest National Park. A few minutes walk to the famous Red Lion pub, just down our lane, or in the opposite direction, Mabel's Cafe at the upgraded Shallow Meade Garden Centre. All a short distance from the stunning coastline and Lymington Town with its picturesque harbour, coastal restaurants, with award winning gastro pubs and Yacht Haven restaurants. Shallows Lodge provides four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own smart TV, plus a spacious living area, lots of cooling fans, private off-road parking and a peaceful tranquil setting to relax and enjoy your stay, in an idyllic getaway. Shallows Lodge has a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with seating for six guests, plus a smart TV. A separarate utility area houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional fridge/freezer. The master bedroom, single bedroom and a cloakroom are also on the ground floor. There is a dedicated 'workspace - stable and medium fast WiFi in the form of a leather topped desk and Orbi Mesh WiFi. Average line speed approximately 30+ Mbps. Guest Network. The gated entrance is shared with the main house and leads to ample parking for two large cars for the sole use of Shallows Lodge. ( We have had four ). Please keep shared access to rear clear - no problems so far. Cycle rack and external clothes dryer provided, along with pet safe (recently completed) guests private garden - pet hose down facility is also close to Lodge Entrance Door . Recent Webber gas barbecue is now also available, in the guest's garden area, along with tivoli soft lighting. NB : Minimum Stay is Three Nights

Rural Location - Just outside of Lymington, fantastic for gentle strolls into the New Forest. It is not new - named by William the Conquer, 1066 and all that. Planted then as a hunting forest, for William's sporting pleasure. Highly protected National Park. Animals have right of way over everything. Some fantastic walks, open top bus trips to die for, great local pubs, most can be walked to from the Lodge. The Lymington Quay offers local river trips, our Pirate Boat is a local legend -great family fun. We have a great location - Area has so much to offer, wonderful 'many choices' location, just waiting for you ?
