Shepherds View is located directly 2 fields back off the A422 between Inkberrow and Alcester. So it is easy to find but is also amazingly peaceful.

Wayne & Sue are a husband and wife team who love to welcome guests to their small farm known as Oaks Barn Farm. They live on site so are available to answer any questions or queries. You will find sheep, lambs and chickens along with their two friendly dogs which are used to being handled so you can get up close and pet them. The sheep love a little left over bread.

The town ofStratford-Upon-Avon is one of those classical old towns, it is surprising how there is always something new to see whether it is a fresh production of an old favourite at the Royal Shakespeare Company theatre or the discovery of bananas flourishing in the English weather (yes, really! Go to the Stratford Butterfly Farm to see them for yourself. But be careful where you tread). You can also see the house in Henley Street where Shakespeare was born, and New Place where he lived for the last twenty years of his life. Charlecote Manor or Mary Arden’s farm, where Shakespeare’s mother was born are only a short drive away. Warwickshire has so much to offer than just Stratford-Upon-Avon. There are numerous marked footpaths and cycling trails nearby, including the five-mile Stratford Greenway which follows a disused railway line between Stratford-Upon-Avon and Long Marston. There is a fabulous antiques Barn in Long Marston. If you want to be wowed by the best food in the area try a trip to the The Tavern @ Broom. They are defiantly the best for quality and price. Alcester is an interesting Roman town. Get up early to see Warwick Castle its a full fantastic day out.
