The house is very well proportioned with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs, along with 50% of the total area open planned to the rear and opening onto a huge entertaining patio area with outside lighting, Bluetooth music ...... and hot tub shed with seating areas and stove. Outside seating with fire pit! Upstairs consists of 2 king size bedrooms, both have seating areas and widescreen wall mounted Televisions. The house, i hope, sits on a knife edge of personal and homely without it feeling odd lol Living area boasts a wood burning stove, a free view television and a DVD projector system with a selection of movies! The house itself is rural but only 2 miles from amenities! 2 minutes drive from Irvinestown and Ballinamallard and 10 minutes drive from Enniskillen. There is plenty of parking space for vehicles and indeed turning area for boats, trailers.
To be honest I just love meeting people and helping them enjoy their stay as best I can. I am an approachable sort of idiot lol
Our local “Mollys” Will provide free transport for dinner and drinks and it is exceptional! You can make “some” noise too as no neighbours lol
