Smallbrook cottage near Broadway, has been home to the Hicks family for over 30 years, they have renovated and extended the property into the comfortable family home that it is today. We have two lovely rooms, one is a twin but can be turned into a double at the back of the house, and a double room at the front, Both rooms have ensuite shower room We offer a full English breakfast or a choice of cereals, please notify before your stay for dietary requests. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside but only a 15 minute walk into Broadway along the footpath that runs outside the house. There is ample parking at the front of the house. We do have 3 friendly dogs and 2 horses, you are welcome to interact with them but if you would prefer not to then they will be shut away from guests.

We are set 15 minutes from the centre of Broadway, its a lovely walk along the public footpath that runs across the front of the house. The charming village of Broadway is a gem of the Cotswolds, with lots of unique shops and attractions.
