We’re James and Sophie from KIPZ. Chester has been a part of our lives for over 16 years, and it’s also where we first met while studying at university and working in the hospitality industry. Our love for the city and its wonderful independent businesses inspired us to buy our first property in 2016, which we transformed into a welcoming space for visitors to enjoy. Since then, KIPZ has grown to provide high-quality short-term accommodation for guests coming to Chester whether for business or leisure so they can experience the city just as we do. Alongside hosting, we also partner with property owners, offering management services that allow even more people the chance to enjoy all that Chester has to offer. Welcome to South View, a beautifully modern three-bedroom house ideal for those wanting space, comfort, and an excellent location close to Chester’s city centre. Key Features & Highlights • Three Double Bedrooms: Spacious, comfortable bedrooms, each with double beds. Perfect for families or groups. • Well-Equipped Living Spaces: Large living room, full kitchen with modern appliances, and stylish bathrooms. The house is very roomy. • Free Wi Fi • Central heating • Outdoor garden • Pet-friendly on request (subject to additional charges) • Parking & Location: Parking is available directly outside the house between the hours 6pm-8am Monday-Saturday, and all day Sunday. Outside of these hours parking is available on a load only 5minute basis to drop off luggage. Alternatively, there is plenty of on-street parking available on adjacent roads: Charlotte Street, Catherine Street, Vernon Road & Gladstone Avenue
