Pluses that come with it - high ceilings, large windows, lots of light. Minuses - single glazed large windows, which are not easy to change. They don’t protect guests from street noise in the same way as plastic. But flat is very warm in winter. We have 2 spacious dbl rooms , one of them en-suite, and 1 small single with a bunk bed, suitable for kids and average size adults. Street parking can be found in Dean park area (10 min walk) or Richmond Gardens multi storey garage just behind the house 2 min walk.

It’s a high street of a resort town, so it’s busy area during the day and evenings. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs in the area, all within walking distance and on ground floor of our house. Central town square is 3 min walk away, with market and open air bar during summer and Xmas., large 10 screen Odeon where you can find plenty of restaurants, and BIC centre with many exhibitions, concerts and other events is about 7 min walk away. Aquarium is just by the peer and offers good entertainment for all ages.
