The spacious studio-style room is newly refurbished and in a Victorian house. The double bedroom is situated at the front on the ground floor near the front door with its own private dedicated upstairs bathroom, have double bed, fridge, microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils etc.
The living space has an extendable table, which can be used as either dining/work station area and 4 chairs as well a comfy reading chair. The private dedicated bathroom on first floor has a shower and towels are also supplied.
Hallway/access areas are shared.
The place is great for solo adventurers, couples or friends who may want to explore both the bustling city of London, but also the countryside of Kent, but as the location is quiet it is also great for business travellers and those who may need a place to stay as visiting family or friends nearby or in the area for work purpose or need to be close to the Princess Royal University Hospital which is 8-10 mins drive away.
The stay include free parking in the driveway. Driveway has 2 CCTV for safety, and the house is on a quiet residential road.

Walk :
Goddington Park is a 6-7 mins walk away so great place to enjoy a lovely stroll or for some park jogging even.
There is a M&S Simple food / Wild Bean cafe and petrol station 5 mins walk away as well there is convenience shops, butcher, wine shop and local Fish & Chips shop etc.
15-20 mins walk is the Orpington high street with many shops incl. a big Tesco, Boots, Sainsbury, cinema, shopping mall and Walnuts Leisure Centre & shopping Centre.
The location of your stay have loads of opportunities if wanting to discover the area and Kent by car (free parking) with all it's wealth of things to see and experience such as Christlehurst Cave, Roman Village, Scotney Castle (Ruined medieval castle) and many more places in Tonbridge Wells.
Car :
-4 mins drive from the M25, so easy access to :
-Gatwick -40 mins drive (20 miles)
-Stansted Airport 1 hr and 15 mins (60 miles).
-Blue Water shopping centre (free parking) 25-30 mins (14 miles).
Train :
15-20 minutes walk to Orpington Station (1.6 kilometres = 1 mile). Or taxi drive (approx. seven-ish pounds) 5 mins away.
-London Bridge fast train 15 mins (connections to/from tube lines Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo).
-Waterloo East fast train 20 mins (connections to/from tube lines Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo lines).
