Bright double room with a lovely shared kitchen, bathroom and private outdoor patio. Tea and coffee provided. Washing machine and drier available for use. In the double room you will find a double bed, side cabinets, inbuilt wardrobe with shelves and a desk for your study or work. Kitchen, private garden patio, downstairs wc and bathroom.

Welcoming Content Creator, very supportive if you're not familiar to the area & access to London.

Great budget accommodation in a fantastic central location in Waltham Cross. Had great public transport and lots to do around the lee valley area! Station is a 5 minute walk, easy access to Stansted & London.
