We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary but will otherwise leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with full arrival instructions and all the information you need to check in at your leisure. Check-in is from 4pm, unless one of our early check-in options has been purchased. Check-out is strictly 10am, unless a late check-out option has been added to your booking. Check-in is via a secure key box; you will receive your unique key box code 7 days prior to arrival. The room is elegantly furnished with comfy sofas, a gas fire, Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of films and board games, plus a dining table for six. To the rear, a modern fitted kitchen with views over the garden and a separate utility room (with extra fridge-freezer, washing machine and microwave) keep self-catering stays nice and simple, while a handy downstairs WC adds extra convenience. Also on the ground floor you’ll find a stylish double bedroom positioned to the front – a great option for guests who prefer to avoid too many stairs or have limited mobility. Upstairs, there are two further generous bedrooms: a bright double with wall-to-wall mirrored wardrobes, and a spacious twin with plenty of storage, both overlooking the rear garden. A modern family bathroom with overhead shower over the bath, WC and wash hand basin completes the upstairs layout.
